These methodologies are designed to evaluate state and government Active Transparency (website-based transparency) and Transfers to Private Institutions within the context of Brazil’s access to information law (12.527/2011) and international better practices. They are the result of the PTP's efforts to develop complete evaluation templates that are sensitive to Brazilian particularities, and have received contributions from over 20 independent researchers and institutions.
