Guilherme France

Master in International Law from Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), Master in History, Politics and Cultural Goods from CPDOC/FGV and author of the book '‘As Origens da Lei Antiterrorismo’. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Law from UERJ, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ). He has been a Researcher at the Center for Justice and Society of FGV Direito Rio since 2016.

Tássia Cruz

Tassia Cruz is a professor at FGV EPPG and is an executive manager of the Center of Excellence and Innovation in Educational Policies (FGV EBAPE).  Tassia holds a Ph.D. in Economics of Education from the Stanford University Graduate School of Education, a Master's Degree in Economics from Stanford, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).

Davi Moreira

He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (2016). Winner of the CAPES award for best doctoral thesis in Political Science and International Relations in 2017. His research focuses on the areas of Methodology in Political Science and International Relations, Data Science, Text as Data, Legislative Studies, Public Policies and Comparative Politics.

Bernardo Schwaitzer

Lawyer graduated from FGV Direito-Rio and Master in Education from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-Rio), in addition to a bachelor's degree in History from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF). Its research agenda, focus on the implementation and responsibility of public policies, especially educational, and the development of state resources. Participates in the Public Transparency Program since 2019, and is part of the Implementation Network for Public Educational Policies (REIPPE).

Irene Niskier

Irene is a Bachelor in Social Sciences with a minor in International Relations from CPDOC – FGV, and pursuing a degree in Journalism from UFRJ. She was assistant researcher of this project from in 2014 and 2015.

Jonas Coelho

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from FGV-Direito Rio, Jonas took part in Fundação Getúlio Vargas’ 1st Public Policy Laboratory and was a member of the winning team in a competition to create applications to help the efficiency of the Brazilian judiciary, sponsored by AJUFE and IBRAJUS. Now in his third year with the PTP, Jonas has taken part in several public transparency audits undertaken by the Transparency Evaulation Network.
